Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted to order and typically ship within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS/UPS/FedEx.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time, but hope to in the foreseeable future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.
