Due to the handcrafted nature of our candles and natural soaps, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging each order to ensure your items arrive safely. However, if your product arrives broken or damaged during shipping, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement for a damaged item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will review your request and ship a replacement as quickly as possible

Quality Concerns

If you receive a product that appears defective or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.
