What are your candles made from?

Our candles are hand-poured using 100% natural soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils, with cotton wicks for a clean, even burn.

Are these candles safe for pets?

Yes! We use pet-safe, non-toxic ingredients and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Our candles are crafted at our ranch where we're surrounded by animals every day.

How long will my candle burn?

Our 8oz candles provide approximately 40-50 hours of burn time when cared for properly. Trim the wick to 1/4" before each use for best results.

How should I care for my candle?

For the first burn, allow the wax to melt completely across the surface (about 3-4 hours). Always trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting and burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $60.

What's your return policy?

Due to the nature of our handmade candles and for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or used. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
